For several missing teeth in a row, Dr. Davidson places multiple implants to support a dental bridge. -
Implant-supported, removable snap-on dentures
To replace an entire arch of teeth, Dr. Davidson places a series of implants that will securely retain a denture through the use of special snap-on attachments. The denture will not slip and will have significantly enhanced chewing power. -
Implants to stabilize your current denture
Dr. Davidson can place several implants and retrofit your current denture with special attachments that snap onto the implants. Your denture will function similarly to the removable snap-on denture above. It will not move around in your mouth and will have improved chewing power. -

State-of-the-art 3D diagnostics
Your treatment will start with detailed 3D diagnostics using our state-of-the-art cone beam dental scanner.
Dr. Davidson first starts with detailed diagnostics, which include full digital
X-rays and a 3D scan using our state-of-the-art cone beam dental scanner. The scanner takes a rapid series of X-rays in a full circle around your head and computer-processes them into clear, 3D 360-degree views of your teeth, jaws and surrounding anatomical structures.
These images can be viewed from any angle and magnified as desired for close-up analysis. Dr. Davidson will use this information to perform precise treatment planning.
Precision treatment planning
Dr. Davidson uses 3D software to plan out the treatment in detail ahead of time.
Dr. Davidson loads the CT scan images into special 3D implant planning software which he uses to map out the precise placement position, angle and depth of each implant.
If you have had missing teeth for a while and have suffered from bone loss in the jaw as a consequence, he will plan any necessary bone grafting needed for your implants to be stable.
Surgical guides for accurate placement
Dr. Davidson will create a surgical guide to assist him in placing your implants with maximum accuracy and efficiency. A surgical guide is a template that fits over your dental arch to show exactly where and at what angle your implants are to be placed. Use of the guide makes the implant surgery an accurate, efficient and minimally invasive procedure.
Bone grafting to provide sufficient implant support
Where there is not enough bone available to support an implant, Dr. Davidson places bone graft material to stimulate growth of new bone. This is often done at the same time the implant is being placed. Dr. Davidson uses advanced techniques and materials for minimally invasive bone grafting.
Dr. Davidson is able to perform many types of bone grafting in our own office. If the situation is highly complex, he partners with a trusted local specialist to perform the procedure under his guidance.
Same-day temporary restoration
After an implant is placed, there is a healing period before you can receive your final restoration that will make it possible for you to bite and chew normally. However, for implants in a visible area of your smile, Dr. Davidson will provide a temporary cosmetic restoration that will put no pressure on the implant but will let you maintain your appearance.

Your final crowns, bridges or full-arch fixed-in new teeth will be made out of top-quality materials.
