New Patient Exam and Cleanings
Our doctors give comprehensive new patient exams and use advanced digital X-rays and 3D imaging as necessary to make an accurate diagnosis of your oral condition. Our hygienists provide gentle and thorough cleanings using comfortable ultrasonic scalers, and educate you on how to keep your teeth and gums healthy between visits.
Laser Gum Disease Treatment
Dr. Davidson can effectively treat moderate and severe gum disease with a state-of-the-art dental laser. Laser treatment eliminates the need for periodontal surgery for many patients and makes gum disease treatment much gentler and more comfortable.
One-Visit Porcelain Crowns
Our doctors use our in-house Planmeca® milling system to provide perfectly fitting and durable, metal-free crowns in a single visit. Our digitally designed crowns are made out of top-quality porcelain that is shade-matched to your teeth for a completely natural look.
One-Visit Porcelain Bridges
Dr. Davidson and Dr. Michael Davidson provide strong, natural-looking porcelain and ceramic dental bridges that fit precisely and align with your bite so they are stable, comfortable and long-lasting. Using our in-house Planmeca milling system, the doctors often provide a bridge in one visit.
One-Visit Porcelain Veneers
Porcelain veneers are very thin porcelain covers that are bonded to the front of your teeth, and are used to change their shape, color and size. Dr. Davidson uses very high-quality porcelain to make veneers that are extremely natural-looking and aesthetic. Thanks to our Planmeca dental milling system, he designs, manufactures and places veneers all in one visit in most cases.
Dental Bonding
Dental bonding is a procedure using a tooth-colored resin to make minor cosmetic changes or structural repairs to your teeth. Dental Implants
A dental implant is a titanium post that functions as a strong replacement root for a missing tooth. Implants will support single dental crowns, a dental bridge or a full set of replacement teeth. Dental implants are the modern gold standard of tooth replacement. Dr. Davidson provides a comprehensive range of dental implant services and can provide all necessary treatment in-house for most patients.
Implant-Supported Dentures
Implant-supported dentures are held stably in your mouth by implants and will not move or slip when you chew or talk. They also provide greatly enhanced biting power and have a very lifelike and aesthetic appearance.
New Teeth in One Day
Dr. Davidson places as few as four dental implants in each arch and provides you with a full set of stable, implant-supported replacement teeth in one day. Your new teeth will have close to the chewing power of natural teeth and won’t slip, irritate your gums or lose their fit over time. This procedure is a cutting-edge treatment which eliminates the need for bone grafting for most patients—even those who have experienced severe bone loss.
Full-Mouth Rehabilitation

Dentures
Dr. Davidson provides a full array of denture options, including nonmetal partials and immediate dentures for patients who need extractions and full dentures on the same day. He uses advanced digital technology to mill dentures that are extra strong and durable.
One-Visit Root Canals
Using state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and advanced instruments, we are able to perform most root canals in one visit, including the necessary crowns.
Tooth Extractions
Our doctors remove teeth gently and with little or no damage to the surrounding tissues. This results in less swelling and post treatment discomfort and promotes faster healing. We also remove wisdom teeth, and we use advanced 3D CT scans for accurate diagnosis and treatment .
TMJ Treatment
We use 3D imaging, visual and manual examinations to identify any problems with the alignment of the bite or jaws. If such issues exist, we provide custom mouth guards to help relieve the pain and tension caused by this. We also make small adjustments to the surfaces of your teeth to help create a more comfortable bite.
Biocompatible, Metal-Free Dentistry
We provide crowns, bridges and bonded restorations that are made out of top-quality biocompatible ceramics that are free of metal. We safely remove amalgam (metal) fillings and replace them with dental resin or ceramic porcelain restorations.
Frenectomies
A frenum is a small band of tissue that connects two parts on the inside of your mouth. There are frena on the inside of your lips and there is one under your tongue. When any of these is too strong or stretched too tight, it can limit the motion of the lips or tongue too much, creating a variety of speech and health complications. Dr. Davidson uses a state-of-the-art dental laser to gently correct an overly restrictive frenum and restore proper motion. This procedure is known as a frenectomy.
